1. Service Access
By accessing Social Synk, you are agreeing to the orbital synchronization protocols. Unauthorized scanning or probing of our defense relay is prohibited.
2. Content Ownership
You retain all creative rights to the data you uplink. We are merely the transmission engine. We do not claim ownership of your biological ideas.
3. Termination Log
Violations of planetary data laws or 'Bad Signal' behaviors (spam, malware, hate transmission) will result in immediate circuit termination without prior broadcast.
4. Liability Limit
In the event of atmospheric interference or solar flares, Social Synk is not liable for dropped data packets or missed synchronization windows.
